For the murder of Migos’ Takeoff, who was shot and murdered early on November 1 in Houston, Texas, a 33-year-old man named Patrick Xavier Clark has been detained. Cameron Joseph, a second guy, 22, was detained and charged with felony firearm possession.
Sgt. Michael Burrow of the Houston Police Department stated at a news conference today that an altercation that took place outside of 810 Billiards & Bowling in Houston preceded the shooting. Takeoff, according to the sergeant, “was an innocent bystander.”
On November 11, a memorial ceremony for Takeoff was held at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. Since then, Quavo and Offset have expressed heartfelt condolences to their late bandmate and cousin from the Migos.
